Effectiveness of Policies, Procedures, and Requirements. Policies, procedures, and other requirements that are adopted by the Board of Directors of SCC (the “Board”) from time to time hereafter and incorporated into the Coalition Partner Participation Manual and any changes thereto shall be effective hereunder immediately when you are first notified of them. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 11(d) hereof, notice of the adoption of requirements and any changes thereto may be given by posting on SCC’s website (currently at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) or any other form or means of communication that provides reasonable assurances of effective communication. Without limiting the foregoing, you shall be deemed to have notice of all policies and other requirements posted on SCC’s website immediately upon posting thereof.

  • Permitted and Required Uses/Disclosures of PHI 3.1 Except as limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI to perform Services, as specified in the underlying grant or contract with Covered Entity. The uses and disclosures of Business Associate are limited to the minimum necessary, to complete the tasks or to provide the services associated with the terms of the underlying agreement.
