Effect on Original Agreement. Except as specifically amended by this Second Amendment, the Original Agreement will remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed. Each future reference to the Original Agreement will refer to the Original Agreement as amended by this Second Amendment. To the extent a conflict arises between the terms of the Original Agreement and this Second Amendment, the terms of this Second Amendment shall prevail but only to the extent necessary to accomplish their intended purpose.
Effect on Original Agreement. On and after the Effective Date, each reference in the Original Agreement to “this letter”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of similar import shall mean and be a reference to the Original Agreement as amended hereby. Except as specifically modified by the terms of this Amendment, all of the terms, provisions, covenants, warranties and agreements contained in the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified.
Effect on Original Agreement. Except as specifically amended by this Fourteenth Amendment, the Original Agreement will remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed. Each future reference to the Original Agreement will refer to the Original Agreement as amended by this Fourteenth Amendment. To the extent a conflict arises between the terms of the Original Agreement and this Fourteenth Amendment, the terms of this Fourteenth Amendment shall prevail but only to the extent necessary to accomplish their intended purpose.

Effect on Original Agreement. Except as specifically amended pursuant to the terms hereof, the terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect on Original Agreement. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the Original Agreement in its entirety and constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein.
Effect on Original Agreement. The Original Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as amended by this Amendment No. 1, and this Amendment No. 1 together with the Original Agreement as amended hereby, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the matters set forth herein and there are no other agreements, commitments or understandings among the parties with respect to the matters set forth herein. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Amendment No. 1 and the provisions of the Original Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment No. 1 shall govern and control. Each and every other term, condition, covenant, representation, warranty and provision set forth in the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms of the Original Agreement. From and after the Effective Date, all references in the Original Agreement to the “Agreement” shall be deemed to mean the Original Agreement as amended by Amendment No. 1.
Effect on Original Agreement. Except to the extent amended pursuant to this Amendment No. 4, the Original Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
