Common use of Effect on Employment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect on Employment Agreement. From and after the Effective Date, this Agreement shall supersede any other agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, in particular, the Employment Agreement previously entered into between the parties, and except as specifically set forth in Paragraphs 1 and 3, the Employment Agreement shall have no further force or effect.
