Effect of Lump Sum Price Change Order. The Lump Sum Price shall become the Contract Price for full and final completion of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. The CM/GC’s Fee and the Construction Contingency shall be eliminated from the Construction Budget and, to the extent they have been paid, shall be included in the Lump Sum Fee.
