EFFECT OF LEGISLATION. The Authority's Drug and Alcohol Policy is subject to all applicable laws now or hereinafter in effect and to the lawful regulations, rulings and orders of regulatory commissions or agencies having jurisdiction. If any part or section of the Policy is in contravention of the laws or regulations of the United States, or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, such part or section shall be superseded by the appropriate provision of such law or regulation, but all other parts and sections of the Policy shall continue in full force and effect.
