Effect of Consent to Transfer. 1. The creation or transfer of any security interest in the HAP contract is limited to amounts payable under the HAP contract in accordance with the terms of the HAP contract.

Effect of Consent to Transfer. COMPANY's consent to a transfer of this Agreement or any interest subject to the restrictions of this Section shall not constitute a waiver of any claims it may have against DEVELOPER (or its Owners), nor shall it be deemed a waiver of COMPANY's right to demand full compliance with any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement by the transferee. COMPANY's consent to any such transfer shall not, unless expressly provided in such consent, effect a release of DEVELOPER (or its Owners, as the case may be) post-transfer.
Effect of Consent to Transfer. A party’s consent to a Transfer of this Agreement, subject to the restrictions contained herein, shall not constitute a waiver of any claims that party may otherwise have against the transferor, nor shall it be deemed a waiver of that party’s rights to demand exact compliance with any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement by the transferee.
