Upon the Respondents Respondent’s successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Agreement to the Respondents Association for recording. The recordings recording of the Releases shall be at the sole expense of the RespondentsAssociation.

Upon the Respondents Respondent successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Agreement to the Respondents for recording. The recordings recording shall be at the sole expense of the RespondentsRespondent.

EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV. Upon the Respondents successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM OC&I shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Consent Agreement as to all remaining lots to the Respondents for recording. The Respondents shall provide a copy of the recorded Releases to OC&I. The recordings shall be at the sole expense of the Respondents.

EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV. The recordings Release will release the NOV from the Property. The recording shall be at the sole expense of the Respondents.

Upon the Respondents Respondents’ successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Agreement to the Respondents for recording. The recordings recording of the Releases shall be at the sole expense of the Respondents.

EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOVNOVs. Upon the Respondents Respondent’s successful completion of the requirements set forth in this AgreementAgreement for each of the Properties, the RIDEM shall issue a no further action letter pursuant to Part 1.14(I)(10) of the UST Regulations and a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Agreement for that property to the Respondents Respondent for recording. The recordings shall be at the sole expense of the RespondentsRespondent.

EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV. Upon the Respondents successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Agreement to the Respondents Omni 1C for recording. The recordings recording shall be at the Omni 1C’s sole expense of the Respondentsexpense.

EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV. Upon the Respondents successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Agreement to the Respondents for recording.
