Educator. An Employee classified as an Educator is responsible for the care of a group of children in an Early Learning Centre or an Outside School Hours Care Program as well as the delivery of educational programs to the children. Employees classified as an educator are expected to hold an AQF Certificate III in Children’s Services or equivalent.
