Educational Reimbursement Program. ‌ In accordance with the Court's Educational Reimbursement Program, eligible employees, including part-time employees with benefits (as defined in Section 7), may be reimbursed for career-related course work, including non-CEB coursework, and taken on the employee's own time. The minimum amount of reimbursement is ten dollars ($10) and the maximum is $450 per fiscal year; however, an employee enrolled in an approved degree program may be reimbursed up to $450 per semester for a maximum of $900 per fiscal year.
