Common use of Educational Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Educational Qualifications. For the purpose of this agreement, the members of the teaching staff shall be classified according to the classification set forth in Manitoba Regulation 515/88R or any amendments or substitutions thereof of the Public Schools Act except as otherwise provided in this agreement.

Educational Qualifications. (a) For the purpose of this agreement, agreement the members of the teaching staff shall be classified according to the classification set forth in the Manitoba Regulation 515/88R or any amendments or substitutions thereof of Regulations under the Public Schools Act Act, except herein as otherwise provided in this agreementprovided. (b) Permit teachers will be classified one class lower than they would be with one year of teacher training.
