Common use of Educational Payment Clause in Contracts

Educational Payment. The Employer agrees to provide tuition reimbursement and education and training opportunities consistent with Section 7‐9, Tuition Reimbursement and Staff Development of the Lake County Personnel Policies and Procedures Ordinance.
