ECLIPSE. In the event the IOT or such later testing in accordance with Article 10.3 shows non-compliance with the applicable performance requirements during an eclipse, then there shall be an equitable adjustment to the amounts Contractor may earn under Article 13 (considering without limitation the impact of operation during an eclipse) as may be agreed by the Parties or determined in accordance with Article 25.
