DUTY TRAVEL. B4.01 An employee who is authorized to travel on Government business will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred as per the following entitlements: Entitlement B4.02 Entitlements are subject to limitations in Clauses 05, 07, and 08. If the expenses for meals, lodging and other items cannot be kept within the entitlements in this Article, the claimant must explain the circumstances on the claim and justify actual expenses by receipts.
