Duties; At-Will Employment; No Conflict. I will perform for Company such duties as may be designated by Company from time to time. I agree that my employment with Company is for no specified term, and may be terminated by Company at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Similarly, I may terminate my employment with Company at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. During my period of employment by Company, I will devote my best efforts to the interests of Company and will not engage in other employment or in any activities determined by Company to be detrimental to the best interests of Company without the prior written consent of Company.

Related to Duties; At-Will Employment; No Conflict

  • Employment, Duties and Agreements (a) The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive as its Senior Vice President and the Executive hereby accepts such position and agrees to serve the Company in such capacity during the employment period described in Section 3 hereof (the “Employment Period”). The Executive shall report to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (the “Office of the CEO”) of the Company and shall have such duties and responsibilities as the Office of the CEO may reasonably determine from time to time as are consistent with Executive’s position as Senior Vice President. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be subject to, and shall act in accordance with, all reasonable instructions and directions of the Office of the CEO and all applicable policies and rules of the Company.

  • At-Will Employment Relationship Executive’s employment with the Company is at-will and not for any specified period and may be terminated at any time, with or without Cause or advance notice, by either Executive or the Company. Any change to the at-will employment relationship must be by specific, written agreement signed by Executive and an authorized representative of the Company.
