Common use of Duties and Extent of Services Clause in Contracts

Duties and Extent of Services. (a) During the Term, the Executive shall serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with such duties and responsibilities as are consistent with such positions, and shall so serve faithfully and to the best of his ability, under the direction and supervision of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board").
