During Employment Alcohol/Drug Tests. 1. A positive result with confirmation from a drug and/or alcohol analysis may result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. However, consideration may be given to postpone, reduce or cancel pending disciplinary action when an employee voluntarily obtains treatment for a substance abuse problem.
