Duration of Evaluation Non-Tenure Employees. Each written employee performance evaluation for non-tenure employees shall be based on no less than thirty (30) minutes of observation which may consist of two fifteen (15) minute periods or one thirty (30) minute period. The length of time of the employee performance evaluation will be noted on the evaluation form. All monitoring and/or observations of the work of an employee shall be conducted openly.
