Common use of DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. (a) The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012 and thereafter from year to year unless or until either party gives notice in writing to bargain during the three (3) month period preceding the date of its termination.

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. (a) The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2010 2012 to March 31, 2012 2015 and thereafter from year to year unless or until either party gives notice in writing to bargain during the three (3) month period preceding the date of its termination. All retroactive payments will be made to Employees within a two month (60 days) of the ratification of this agreement.

After March 31, 2015, this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012 and automatically renewed thereafter from year to year for successive periods of twelve (12) months unless or until either party gives requests the negotiation of a new agreement by giving written notice in writing to bargain during the three other party not less than thirty (330) month period preceding calendar days prior to the date expiration of its terminationthis Agreement or any renewal thereof.
