Duration and Extension. 1. This Agreement shall remain in effect from the date of execution for a period not to exceed seven (7) years, unless otherwise extended pursuant to Stipulation VI.C.2. The Agreement shall remain in effect for any Xxxxxxxx Act major disaster or emergency declarations made before its expiration in order to insure the uninterrupted provision of assistance appropriately authorized under the Xxxxxxxx Act.
