Death of the Participant The Advisory Committee will direct the Trustee, in accordance with this Section 6.01(C), to distribute to the Participant's Beneficiary the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit remaining in the Trust at the time of the Participant's death. Subject to the requirements of Section 6.04, the Advisory Committee will determine the death benefit by reducing the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit by any security interest the Plan has against that Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit by reason of an outstanding Participant loan.
Termination in the Event of Death or Disability This Agreement shall terminate in the event of death or disability of Executive.
Termination Because of Death or Disability If Participant is Terminated because of death or Disability of Participant, the Option, to the extent that it is exercisable by Participant on the date of Termination, may be exercised by Participant (or Participant's legal representative) no later than twelve (12) months after the date of Termination, but in any event no later than the Expiration Date.
Death of the Employee The TERM automatically terminates upon the death of the EMPLOYEE. In the event of such death, the EMPLOYEE's estate shall be entitled to receive the compensation due the EMPLOYEE through the last day of the calendar month in which the death occurred, except as otherwise specified herein.
Effect of Death or Disability 6.01 In the event of the death of the Executive during the Period of Employment, the legal representative of the Executive shall be entitled to the compensation provided for in paragraph 4.01 during the balance of the Period of Employment. The Period of Employment shall be deemed to have ended as of the close of business on the last day of the twelfth month following the month in which death shall have occurred but without prejudice to any other payments due in respect of the Executive's death hereunder or pursuant to any other agreements or arrangements with the Company.
Termination Due to Death or Disability Executive’s employment shall terminate automatically upon Executive’s death. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment immediately upon the occurrence of a Disability, such termination to be effective upon Executive’s receipt of written notice of such termination. Upon Executive’s death or in the event that Executive’s employment is terminated due to Executive’s Disability, Executive or Executive’s estate or Executive’s beneficiaries, as the case may be, shall be entitled to:
Death of the Executive In the event of the Executive’s death before all payments or benefits the Executive is entitled to receive under this Agreement have been provided, the unpaid amounts will be provided to the Executive’s designated beneficiary, if living, or otherwise to the Executive’s personal representative in a single lump sum as soon as possible following the Executive’s death.
Death of Optionee If the Optionee shall die while in the employ of the Company, Optionee's personal representative or the person entitled to Optionee's rights hereunder may at any time within six (6) months after the date of Optionee's death, or during the remaining term of this Option, whichever is the lesser, exercise this Option and purchase Shares to the extent, but only to the extent, that Optionee could have exercised this Option as of the date of Optionee's death; provided, in any case, that this Option may be so exercised only to the extent that this Option has not previously been exercised by Optionee.

Effect of Bankruptcy, Death, Incompetence or Termination of a Limited Partner The occurrence of an Event of Bankruptcy as to a Limited Partner, the death of a Limited Partner or a final adjudication that a Limited Partner is incompetent (which term shall include, but not be limited to, insanity) shall not cause the termination or dissolution of the Partnership, and the business of the Partnership shall continue if an order for relief in a bankruptcy proceeding is entered against a Limited Partner, the trustee or receiver of his estate or, if he dies, his executor, administrator or trustee, or, if he is finally adjudicated incompetent, his committee, guardian or conservator, shall have the rights of such Limited Partner for the purpose of settling or managing his estate property and such power as the bankrupt, deceased or incompetent Limited Partner possessed to assign all or any part of his Partnership Interest and to join with the assignee in satisfying conditions precedent to the admission of the assignee as a Substitute Limited Partner.
