DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE. The County of San Diego, in recognition of individual rights to work in a safe, healthful and productive work place, has adopted a requirement for a drug and alcohol free work place, County of San Diego Drug and Alcohol Use Policy C-25, available on the County of San Diego website. This policy provides that all County-employed Contractors and Contractor employees shall assist in meeting this requirement.
