Driveway Design Clause Samples
The Driveway Design clause establishes the requirements and standards for the planning and construction of driveways within a property or development project. It typically outlines specifications such as dimensions, materials, slope, and access points to ensure the driveway is functional and compliant with local regulations. By setting clear guidelines, this clause helps prevent disputes over design expectations and ensures that driveways are safe, accessible, and suitable for their intended use.
