DRIVER’S LICENCE MEDICAL EXAMINATION. Employees who are required to have a medical examination in order to renew their Class 3 Driver's Licence, with air brake endorsement, shall have the cost of such examination, if any, paid for by the Employer. Such examinations shall, however, take place on the employee's own time.
