Common use of Driver Education Clause in Contracts

Driver Education. The District is authorized to use non-bargaining unit employees to provide driver education for District students; provided, however, that any contractor retained to provide such education shall be required as part of the agreement between the District and the contractor to grant bargaining unit members the right of first refusal to teach any theory or classwork and to schedule same at times other than during the regular school day.
