Compensation for Additional Duties a. Compensation rates for additional duties will be increased yearly by the same percentage that applies to the salary schedule. In providing compensation for per diem pay, there will be no rounding.
Compensation for Additional Duties. Upon Resident's completion of PGYI, MRMC shall compensate Resident for rendering the Additional Duties pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Agreement, if any, that shall be determined in advance and set forth in a signed writing prior to Resident's rendering of such services.
