On-Boarding. (a) In its welcome e-mail sent to all new Drivers, Lyft will include information regarding its Service Animal Policy, with a link to additional information regarding the policy. The content on Service Animals shall be consistent in tone and in length when compared with the content of other material in the welcome e-mail.

On-Boarding. Sungard AS requires the Customer to provide its shared IP address allocations by server type. In addition, the Customer is required to notify Sungard AS of any changes, additions or deletions to its IP address allocations.

B-1 The Business Customer (if a natural person) declares that he/she is above the age of 21 and is under no legal disability to enter into this Agreement, failing which the Company shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately and look to the Business Customer for any and all costs, expenses and losses suffered by the Company as a result. The Business Customer shall provide accurate and complete information to the Company and inform the Company immediately of any changes in any particulars or information given during application including but not limited to any changes in address and/or contact particulars, and shall take all reasonable steps to prevent fraudulent, improper or illegal use of the Services/Supplies. B-2 The Business Customer hereby authorises the Company to apply for contestability status on its behalf and agrees to furnish the Company the required information for such application within 10 (ten) calendar days of the date of the letter of offer. The Business Customer acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to claim from it for any and all costs, expenses and losses incurred or suffered by the Company in the event that the Business Customer fails to furnish the requisite information for contestability application.
On-Boarding. Fringe shall provide resources to facilitate the offer of the Fringe Services to Members (“Onboarding Services”) throughout the Term. Partner agrees to provide Fringe with a list of eligible Members (including first name, last name, and work email address) and initial benefit allocation, if any, in order to allow Fringe to assist in the account creation process for each Member.
