Driver Education. A. Summer driver education classroom teacher and coordinator of program will be paid thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour of classroom instruction. Summer driver education driving instructors will be paid twenty-five ($25.00) per hour of driving time.

Driver Education. 23.1 The Board shall have the limited right to subcontract Driver Education services provided the following conditions exist:
Driver Education. Behind The Wheel Driver Education may be offered outside the regular school day or on Saturday, at the summer school rate of pay on a voluntary basis following Article V or this agreement. This program will be eliminated before any consideration is given to eliminating the regular school day program.
Driver Education. A. Sections 3.01 and 3.03 are applicable for the Driver Education Program conducted by the Xxxxxx Public Schools.
Driver Education. In filling driver education positions, preference shall be given to bargaining unit members.
Driver Education. The District is authorized to use non-bargaining unit employees to provide driver education for District students; provided, however, that any contractor retained to provide such education shall be required as part of the agreement between the District and the contractor to grant bargaining unit members the right of first refusal to teach any theory or classwork and to schedule same at times other than during the regular school day.
Driver Education. 1. Priority for employment of Driver Education instructors shall be given to Battle Creek teachers. In the event enough Battle Creek Teachers do not apply, the Board may hire teachers from outside the system.
Driver Education. Employees of the bargaining unit having previously taught in the District’s summer program will have the right of first refusal of subsequent summer driver training teaching positions. This will be determined by summer seniority. Teachers will be given five (5) minutes of preparation time for each 1.5 hours of employment.
