DOO Ground Shunting Duties. If during a Two Driver Operation (TDO) shift, one of the train crew is required to perform ground shunting duties at Phosphate Hill or Sun Metals Townsville, and the ground shunting duties at those locations exceeds 45 minutes, both members of the train crew will be paid a minimum of four hours DOO Allowance. The payment of the allowance will not affect the rostered shift for the TDO and can only be claimed once during the rostered shift.
