Donor’s Representations. The Donor represents that the Donated Resources are not currently being used to match expenditures in another program. In cases in which In-Kind Contributions are made, the Donor also represents that the value of the In-Kind Contributions listed in Attachment A to this agreement fairly represents their value to the social service program.
