Seller Representations definition

Seller Representations means the representations and warranties of Seller expressly set forth in Section 7.2.

Seller Representations shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 11.1.

Seller Representations means the representations and warranties of the Sellers expressly and specifically set forth in Article IV of this Agreement, as modified by the Disclosure Schedules. For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller Representations are made solely by each Seller on a several basis as to itself and not on a joint and several basis with any other Sellers.

More Definitions of Seller Representations

Seller Representations. “Buyer Representations”. The “Seller Representations” means (i) all of the representations and warranties of the Seller set forth in Article 5 and (ii) the Seller’s Closing Certificate. The “Buyer Representations” means (i) all of the representations and warranties of the Buyer set forth in Article 6 and (ii) the Buyer’s Closing Certificate.

Seller Representations means, collectively, the representations and warranties made by the Sellers in Article III.
