Seller Representations shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 11.1.

More Definitions of Seller Representations

Seller Representations means the representations and warranties set forth in Article IV of this Agreement, as modified by the Disclosure Schedule. For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller Representations are made solely by the Seller.

Seller Representations. “Buyer Representations”. The “Seller Representations” means (i) all of the representations and warranties of the Seller set forth in Article 5 and (ii) the Seller’s Closing Certificate. Seller Representations means the representations made by Seller in Article III.
