Documents Prepared by the Consultants to be the Property of GMDC All plans, drawings, specifications, designs, documents, reports and other documents prepared by the Consultants in performing the Services shall become and remain the property of GMDC, and the Consultants shall, not later than upon termination or expiration of this Contract, deliver all such documents to GMDC, together with a detailed inventory thereof.

Documents Prepared by The TPA to be the Property of The OICL: All plans, drawings, specifications, designs, reports and other documents prepared by The TPA in performing the Services shall become and remain the property of The OICL, and The TPA shall, not later than upon termination or expiration of this Contract, deliver all such documents to The OICL, together with a detailed inventory thereof. The TPA may retain a copy of such documents. The TPA Shall not use these documents for purposes unrelated to this Contract without the prior written approval of The OICL.

  • DOCUMENT PREPARATION The Transfer/Deed shall, save for the Land Transfer Tax Affidavit, be prepared in registrable form at the expense of Seller, and any Charge/Mortgage to be given back by the Buyer to Seller at the expense of the Buyer. If requested by Buyer, Seller covenants that the Transfer/Deed to be delivered on completion shall contain the statements contemplated by Section 50(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990.

These shall be available to the Architect and the State for monthly review prior to approval of Contractor’s monthly application for payment. Prior to substantial completion of the Work, the Contractor shall ensure that one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples are delivered to the Architect for the State and a duplicate copy shall be delivered to the State for the State’s use.

  • FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO OWNER The Agent shall render statements of receipts, expenses, and other charges for the Property as requested by the Owner with no more than one (1) statement per month.

  • Loan Application Buyer agrees, within a reasonable time, to make a good faith loan application with a credible financial institution;

  • Cost Disclosure - Documents and Written Reports Architect shall be responsible for compliance with California Government Code section 7550, if the total cost of the Contract is over five thousand dollars ($5,000).
