  • Required Fiscal Documentation A. Prior to execution of this Agreement, Contractor will have submitted to County for review and approval an annual budget covering all contracted services under this Agreement.

  • Documentation control Specify how documentation will be identified with an alpha numeric which indicates source, recipient, communication number etc. Provide details of any particular format or other constraints; for example that all contractual communications will be in the form of properly compiled letters or forms attached to e mails and not as a message in the e mail itself. State any particular routing requirements but note from TSC3 who issues what to whom.

  • Tender Documentation 1. A procuring entity shall promptly make available or provide on request to any interested supplier tender documentation that includes all information necessary to permit the supplier to prepare and submit a responsive tender. Company-Managed Supplies Capacity contracts held and managed by the Company in accordance with governing tariffs, but made available to the Supplier pursuant to Section 13.9 of these Terms and Conditions, including supply-sharing contracts and load- management contracts. Consumption Algorithm A mathematical formula used to estimate a Customer’s daily consumption. Critical Day In accordance with Section 19.0 of these Terms and Conditions, a Day declared at any time by the Company in its reasonable discretion when unusual operating conditions may jeopardize operation of the Company’s distribution system.
