Document Submissions. The Consultant submits his drawings, designs and calculations for acceptance prior to the start of procurement, as required by the Employer. All such material becomes the property of the Employer. All correspondence and submissions are prominently identified as relating to the Services and are submitted under the cover of appropriate letters or transmittal notes in accordance with the correspondence procedures which will be advised by the Employer after the signing of the Contract. All documentation supplied by the Consultant to the Employer and/or Others in hard copy is also supplied in electronic format. Unless otherwise specified this is MicroStation or AutoCAD format for drawings and MS Office for all other documents. The Employer has the right at all times to inspect the Consultant or Subcontractors drawings of any portion of the Services. The Consultant submits his drawings and other documents to the Employer and/or Others for acceptance in sufficient time to permit modifications to be made and for the document to be resubmitted for acceptance to the Employer without delaying the initial deliveries or the completion of the Services. Drawings and samples that have been accepted are not departed from in any way whatsoever except as may be provided in the Contract. If the Consultant requires early acceptance of any documents in order to avoid delay in the completion of the Services, he advises the Employer and/or Others to such effect when submitting the documents.
Document Submissions. All design submissions shall be delivered in an electronic format reasonably acceptable to Owner and include one (1) full-sized set of drawings and three (3) half-sized sets of drawings. 2.6.4.1 Private Entity and Owner shall establish appropriate standards, guidelines and procedures for review of the various document submissions, including document formats, review and consideration of value engineering proposals and review and consideration of any substitutions for materials and equipment described in the RFP. Such guidelines shall establish responsibility for the taking and distribution of meeting minutes and processes for requesting information necessary or desirable for efficient and timely design of the Project. 2.6.4.2 The design process should proceed in phases as described below.

Document Submissions. The Clerk and the Law Department shall receive submissions to the Committee from City agencies, and the Clerk shall distribute them to all members. Submissions must be provided in the format specified by the Clerk. A submission will be considered complete when the Clerk determines it to be complete.

Document Submissions. (a) Evidence that copies of documents have been submitted to Macau SAR as required under Article 21(1) of the Gaming Sub-Concession Contract; (b) evidence that Macau SAR has approved the granting of the liens pursuant to the Loan Documents as contemplated by Article 42(1) and Article 74(1) of the Gaming Sub-Concession Contract and has approved the granting of the related powers of attorney as contemplated by Article 21(3) of the Gaming Sub-Concession Contract; and (c) evidence of approval by Macau SAR of the Company’s delegation of management authority, including the appointment of the managing director, the scope of power of the managing director and the term of authorization (and the Arrangers and the Administrative Agent shall be reasonably satisfied with such delegation, appointment, scope and term).

We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You hereby waive all moral rights to any such Submissions, and you hereby warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.

  • Claims Submission Unless otherwise prohibited by federal or state law, Provider will submit Clean Claims for all Covered Services to BCBSM within twelve months of the date of service.
