The procedures to be implemented will be clearly described at the beginning of the EQUAL4EUROPE project and will address the whole range of administrative, financial and technical issues, including issues such as internal reviews at the work-package level as well as the interchanged reviewing and standards for reporting and preparation of deliverables. (This means that people from one WP review the work done in other WPs. In addition to the review itself, the people know more about other WPs different to theirs.)
