Submissions definition

Submissions means the complete set of all documents, submissions, data, information, reports and materials that are required by the relevant government authority for the purpose of submitting a full and complete Application;
Submissions means all plans, reports, schedules, and other submissions that are required to be provided to the State or MDEQ pursuant to this Consent Decree. “Submissions” does not include the notifications set forth in Section XII (Force Majeure) of this Consent Decree.
Submissions has the meaning specified in Recital I of this Agreement.
