Doctorate Degrees. In recognition of teachers receiving their doctorate in an educationally-related field, the Board agrees to pay an annual increment of $1,000. This increment will be pro- rated in accordance with the teacher’s FTE status at the time the stipend is paid. Increments will be paid on the final paycheck at the end of the school year.
