Common use of Division Days Clause in Contracts

Division Days. Division Days shall be designated by the appropriate xxxx. Three (3) of the five (5) days may be utilized as individual preparation days during each year. The remaining days shall be designated by the appropriate xxxx as specified in, but not limited to, the list below. Full-time faculty are required to attend xxxx-scheduled Division days. Division Days already served prior to Orientation Week and approved by the xxxx shall be recognized as part of the one hundred seventy-four (174) day contract year in 2017-18, and part of the one hundred seventy-six (176) day contract year beginning in 2018-19.
