DISTRICT May Direct. DISTRICT may, at any time, direct changes in the scope of the Services required by this Agreement or any future Task Order, or in services previously approved in earlier phases. All DISTRICT directed changes shall be in writing specifying the change required and approved by the EVC or his designee.
