Common use of District Information Clause in Contracts

District Information. A. The District agrees to furnish the Association available information concerning the financial resources of the District, including but not limited to financial reports, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations, agendas and minutes of Board meetings and seniority lists. The District also agrees to provide the Association with information needed by the Association to develop constructive negotiation proposals, provided, however, that the District shall not be required to prepare reports or surveys. The District further agrees to provide the following information to the Association:
