Distribution to Employees. At the conclusion of negotiations, when both sides have ratified the agreement, administration shall be responsible for preparing an updated agreement within 10 working days. The employee unit shall have 10 working days from receipt of the administrative draft to review, edit and correct the administrative effort. The district shall have 10 working days from receipt of the employee’s corrections to make such actual corrections and provide for a final edit opportunity for both parties prior to running copies. A copy of the agreement shall be posted on the MCSD website. A hard copy of the agreement will be provided by the district to each attendance center, and to employees upon employee request. Only language that has been modified in negotiations is subject to review. All other language is to remain as is.
