Distribution of Overtime. Overtime shall be distributed and rotated equally among qualified employees in the bargaining unit within each department or site. Authorization and allocation of any overtime shall rest solely with the Office. Any employee requested or required to work overtime by his/her immediate supervisor shall be entitled to overtime pay or compensatory time off.
