Distribution of Contract Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this contract, the District shall print or duplicate and provide without charge a copy of this contract to every employee of the bargaining unit. The District shall provide any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after the execution of this Agreement with a copy of this Agreement without charge at the time of employment. The District shall provide each employee in the bargaining unit without charge with a copy of any written changes agreed to by the parties to this Agreement during the life of this Agreement.
Distribution of Financial Contribution The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3. Each party will confirm receipt of the other party’s public key with a reply email, and the distributing party will subsequently reconfirm the authenticity of the key transmitted via offline methods, like in person meeting, telephone, etc. In this way, public key transmission is authenticated to a user able to send and receive mail via a mail server operated by the distributing party. Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.
