Draft Specification definition

Draft Specification means a document in development or under consideration for adoption as a Final Specification that has not been adopted or approved by the Alliance in accordance with Section 2 hereof.
Draft Specification means a document in development or under consideration for adoption as a Final Specification, including amendments to existing Final Specifications which amendments have not been adopted and approved for release by the O-RAN Alliance in accordance with Section 2.
Draft Specification means all versions of a document (except a Final Specification) developed by a Working Group for the purpose of creating, commenting on, revising, updating, modifying, or adding to any document that is to be considered for inclusion in the Final Specification.

  • Contributor or Academic Contributor agrees to make licensing commitments as set forth in Section 4.1 with respect to a Draft Specification, subject to Sections 2.2(a), 2.3 and 4.5. The Member, Contributor or Academic Contributor may elect, during the 60 day draft review period (see Section 4.4), its licensing commitment and shall do so as set forth in Section 4 and Appendix A (or an alternative equivalent electronic form provided by the O-RAN ALLIANCE).

  • Should the Technical Steering Committee or ad-hoc subcommittee thereof recommend that no material changes be made to the Draft Specification, then the Draft Specification will proceed for final approval pursuant to Section 2.5. 2.5 Approval & Release of Final Specifications After completion of the Draft Specification review process stated in Sections 2.1 to 2.4, the Technical Steering Committee will submit such Draft Specification to the Board of Directors for final review.

  • If the Board of Directors approves such Draft Specification via an affirmative vote with qualified majority, the Draft Specification will become a Final Specification of the O-RAN ALLIANCE on the date of approval.

Draft Specification means a draft of a Specification produced by a Company working group.
