Distributing Overtime. All work which is to be performed on an overtime basis, including both scheduled and unscheduled overtime as defined above, shall be performed on a voluntary basis, subject to the following conditions: (a) Distributing Scheduled Overtime (i) Voluntary - In Order Of Seniority Where the Employer has a requirement for overtime work to be performed on a scheduled basis as defined by and in accordance with Clause 16.01(b) above, the Employer shall ask, in seniority order from highest to lowest, the Employees who normally perform the available work if they want to work the overtime and those Employees who accept shall thereby be scheduled to perform the overtime work.
