Dispute Between the Supplier and its Customer. In the event of a dispute between the Supplier and a Customer as to termination of their agreement with each other, the Supplier shall remain financially responsible to the Company for energy and capacity provided to the Customer by the Company while the Supplier was the Customer's Supplier of Record, subject to and consistent with the Applicable Legal Authorities.
