DISPATCH SCHEDULE. 37.1 If Purchase Order issued based on FOT (Free on Truck) / FOR (Free on Rail) project site basis, materials shall be delivered at the destination on freight prepaid & door delivery basis and for the cases where order(s) are finalized on Ex-works basis the transportation will be arranged by supplier(s) / GAIL on 'freight to pay' basis and the freight will be paid at the destination. Seller shall submit the following details of goods/cargo within 15 days from Notification of Award to the designated authority as per Purchase Order:

DISPATCH SCHEDULE. A. In order for the Seller to plan its purchase of fuel needed for the generation of electricity by the Power Station, and to plan the scheduling of maintenance and overhaul of the Power Station's equipment, the Seller shall provide the Dispatch Center sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of each year with a schedule of the availability of the Power Station during the following year and its planned outages. Before December 31st of each year, the Seller and the Dispatcher shall mutually agree on a schedule of availability for the Power Station for the following year.
DISPATCH SCHEDULE. The dispatch schedule shall be the same as found in Article 4 of the Interconnection and Dispatch Contract.
DISPATCH SCHEDULE. The hours of work for the employees in the Dispatch Office will be i) twelve (12) hours per day on four shifts (Shifts A, B, C and D) working a three day on - three day off rotation in a six week cycle, and ii) eight (8) hours per day, Monday to Friday, on the fifth shift (Shift E) Where possible, shifts will be assigned as agreed to by the City and the Dispatch Office employee group.

  • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Project Delivery Order Procedures The TIPS Member having approved and signed an interlocal agreement, or other TIPS Membership document, may make a request of the awarded vendor under this Agreement when the TIPS Member has services that need to be undertaken. Notification may occur via phone, the web, email, fax, or in person. Upon notification of a pending request, the awarded vendor shall make contact with the TIPS Member as soon as possible, but must make contact with the TIPS Member within two working days. Scheduling of Projects Scheduling of projects (if applicable) may be accomplished when the TIPS Member issues a Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract that will serve as “the notice to proceed” as agreed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member. The period for the delivery order will include the mobilization, materials purchase, installation and delivery, design, weather, and site cleanup and inspection. No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items. When the tasks have been completed the awarded vendor shall notify the client and have the TIPS Member or a designated representative of the TIPS Member inspect the work for acceptance under the scope and terms in the Purchase Order and/or Agreement or Contract. The TIPS Member will issue in writing any corrective actions that are required. Upon completion of these items, the TIPS Member will issue a completion notice and final payment will be issued per the contractual requirements of the project with the TIPS Member. Any Construction contract prepared by the TIPS Member’s Legal Counsel may alter the terms of this subsection, “Scheduling of Projects”.

  • DELIVERY SCHEDULES In accordance with the "Non-State Agencies Participation in Centralized Contracts” and “Extension of Use” clauses herein, this Contract is extended to local governments, political subdivisions and others authorized by law as well as State agencies. The Delivery Schedules (based on Requirement Letter RL182) are available as a guide to indicate proposed delivery points and estimated annual requirements. Delivery Schedules may be revised or clarified as necessary. Any specific questions regarding the site conditions should be directed to the end-user at the telephone number shown on the Delivery Schedule. The Delivery Schedules are available upon request. Contractors shall be obligated to deliver under the Contract to any State agency which places a purchase order under the Contract, whether or not such delivery location is identified in the Delivery Schedules. Any political subdivision or other non-State entity which has not filed a requirement with OGS as of the date of the bid opening shall be eligible to receive deliveries at Contractor's option only, upon placement of a valid purchase order to the Contractor's address as indicated in the award. Contracts created by OGS in response to receipt of Filed Requirements are considered to be binding. At Contractor's request, Contractor will be advised in writing regarding political subdivisions or other Non-State entities which have filed on a timely basis but do not appear on the Delivery Schedule. Where “Standby” is indicated in the Delivery Schedule, this reflects those facilities which normally use a fuel supply (i.e. natural gas) other than fuel oil and will only use fuel oil when alternate fuel is unavailable.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Milestone Schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • COMPLETION SCHEDULE 6.1 The proposed schedule for the completion of the Project is presented in “Attachment D” and is made a part hereof.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.
