Discussions Concerning Alcohol or Drug Use. Discussions by supervisors or the Human Resource Director/AVP with an employee concerning alcohol or drug use can be witnessed by a Union representative if the employee requests. This shall not diminish the rights of the employee provided under this Agreement.
