Discussion with Supervisor. The employee shall first discuss complaints or questions with their immediate supervisor. The employee may elect to have a Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present during this discussion. Higher level supervisors may be called into the discussion. Every reasonable effort shall be made by supervisors and employees to resolve questions, problems or misunderstandings that have arisen before the filing of a written grievance.
