The Supervisor shall give a prompt response where it is possible to do so. The employee and the Supervisor are each entitled to the presence of a silent observer to the employee-Supervisor discussion. An observer that interrupts or participates in the discussion may be excluded from the discussion by either the employee or the Supervisor.
