Common use of Discretionary Bonus Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Bonus. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Bank in discretionary bonuses that may be authorized and declared by the Board of Directors to its senior management executives from time to time. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Board.

Discretionary Bonus. The Executive Employee shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Bank in discretionary bonuses that may be authorized and declared by the Board of Directors to its senior management executives employees from time to time. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the ExecutiveEmployee's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the BoardBoard of Directors.

Discretionary Bonus. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Board.

No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's ’s right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the BoardBoard of Directors.

No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Board.. (c)

The In addition to Executive’s Base Salary provided for under Paragraph 3(a) above, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees executives of the Bank in discretionary bonuses that may be authorized and declared by the Board of Directors to its senior management executives may award from time to timetime to the Bank’s senior management executives. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's ’s right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Boardbonuses.

No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Board.

Discretionary Bonus. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Bank in any discretionary bonuses bonus that may be authorized and declared by the Bank Board of Directors from time to time for its senior management executives from time to time. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Boardemployees.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Bank Savings Association in discretionary bonuses that may be authorized and declared by the Board of Directors to its senior management executives from time to time. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Board.. (c)

Discretionary Bonus. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Bank in discretionary bonuses that may be authorized and declared by the Board of Directors to its senior management executives from time to time. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Board. The Board has approved a bonus plan which pays the Executive 7.00% of the Bank's quarterly profits.

Discretionary Bonus. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Savings Bank in discretionary bonuses that may be authorized and declared by the Board of Directors to its senior management executives from time to time, and any management incentive plan that may be authorized. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Board.

Discretionary Bonus. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Savings Bank in discretionary bonuses that may be authorized and declared by the Board of Directors to its senior management executives from time to time, and any Management Incentive Plan that may be authorized. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Board.

Discretionary Bonus.
